Rising New York Road Runners

Rising New York Road Runners is a free physical activity program designed for schools, after school programs, community centers, and running clubs nationwide. They train PE teachers, classroom teachers, counselors, and coaches to implement the program, and provide resources for in-person and virtual instruction.

Urban Advantage

Provides our middle school staff with training in teaching science, while providing our students with scientific tools they can use in class, and field trip opportunities.

Midori & Friends

Students have been learning to play the violin during after-school programs. They also enjoy multicultural music and dance performances! And currently, are part of a weekly drumming program!

Dream Yard

Our students participate in Ballroom Dancing, Poetry Slams, and Art to express their artistic sides.

CatRock Ventures

Our students are able to participate in outdoor learning to beautify our neighborhood through community clean-up, gardening, and maintaining our school beautiful! They also participate in biking, and other outdoor activities such as skateboarding and snowboarding, through the generosity of the CHILL Foundation.

Civics for All

Through the Department of Education, our Civics for All partnerships teaches students to value and use their voice through Participatory Budgeting, the Soapbox Program, and Civic engagement throughout the year.

The New York Historical Society & The Academy for American Democracy

Through this residency, our 6th grade students learn about ancient Athenian democracy and its parallels to early United States’ democracy. The also learn about how to use their own voices to speak up and speak out when they believe strongly in a caous

CONCEPT (Creating Opportunities Necessary to Create Empowered Positive Teens)

The CONCEPT program (Creating Opportunities Necessary to Create Empowered Positive Teens) is a middle school life skills program that equips children with the tools to form healthy relationships with peers and authority figures.
